  1. Delivery
    1. Standard delivery for small items  (delivery cost:£4.95)
      1. For small items capable of being shipped by courier, unless otherwise stated, we will aim to ship your order within four (4) to six (6) working days of it being placed.
      2. If you have not taken delivery of the goods within four (4) weeks of our notifying you that they are ready, we may, after giving you reasonable prior notice in writing, resell or otherwise dispose of part or all of the goods and, after deducting reasonable storage and selling costs, pay you for any excess over the price of the goods or charge you for any shortfall below their price.
      3. If we are not able to deliver the whole of the order at one time due to operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the order in instalments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this. If you ask us to deliver the order in instalments, we may charge you extra delivery costs. Each instalment shall constitute a separate contract. If we are late delivering an instalment or one instalment is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any other instalment.
      4. All smaller items sent by us via courier companies or Royal Mail will be fully insured against loss or damage. This cost is included in the shipping cost. Items picked up by your own delivery companies or sent by third party delivery services recommended by us are not covered by us. They should all have their own insurance but for the avoidance of doubt please confirm this with them.

    2.  Delivery for large items (such as furniture or large mirrors) –
      1.  For larger items such as chairs, cabinets, and some very heavy or bulky items, please contact us directly for delivery options (email: info@hutchinteriors.com or call 0203 659 4320) :
        1. You are more than welcome to pick the item up from us at the shop, you can find us at 61 Golborne Road, London W10 5NR. Click here for opening hours.
        2. We can deliver within the M25 for a cost of £35. We deliver once a week, either Tuesday or Wednesday.
        3. If you supply us with your postcode, we will get some quotes for you from courier companies that we work with.
      2. Please note that the delivery of heavy or larger items is currently only available to the UK Mainland. For all international shipping enquiries including Ireland and Northern Ireland please contact us for delivery options.
    3. It is the responsibility of the Customer to make sure the Product(s) ordered will fit through the delivery route into the desired room in their property. Each product description includes the dimensions so please ensure you check this before ordering. Delivery is 'kerb-side only' and the Customer is responsible for arranging appropriate transfer into their property.
